*Note: If you are a non-degree seeking student who has not previously been enrolled at Cornerstone University, you must complete the non-degree application from the Professional & Graduate Studies division before you can register for an online course. The non-degree application consists of three sections (Personal Information, Academic History and agreement with Cornerstone University's Lifestyle Statement).
